PARKING UPDATES
Midland Community Center
The main parking lot is fenced off and is inaccessible through the duration of construction while we construct our new Midland Community Center building. Use the map below to find alternative parking* areas.
*Please adhere to all city parking ordinances.
The new main entrances to access the Community Center will be the 50+ Center entrance and the Oasis Pool entrance. The current front doors will operate as an emergency exit and access point to the viewing platform where you can watch the construction of the new building live.
Please utilize the 50+ Center and Oasis Pool entrances when coming and going from the building. These entrances will be unlocked during all business hours, and a temporary welcome desk will be at the Oasis Pool entrance to check members and guests in and provide directions to their desired activity.
We expect the new building to be constructed by 2024. Once it opens, the current building will be demolished and a new parking lot will go where the current building stands.
