Next step after 101. Focus on stroke basics, rallying with purpose, and court positioning.

BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE CLINIC

Emphasis: Strategy/Tactics/Match Play | Rating: 2.0-3.5

Focuses on court positioning, tactics, and technique—great for doubles, helpful for singles. Ideal for those moving up from LTP 2 or wanting a slower-paced, instructional class.

CARDIO TENNIS

Emphasis: Workout | Rating: 2.0 & up

A fast-paced 60-minute workout combining fitness equipment and point play. No experience needed—just energy and a desire to hit lots of balls and keep moving!

SWEAT IT OFF

Emphasis: Workout & Play | Rating: 2.5 & up

60 minute class offered during lunchtime. Similar to Cardio Tennis but without the use of fitness equipment.

DRILL AND PLAY

Emphasis: Strategy/Tactics/Match Play | Rating: 2.5 & up

This 90-minute drill bridges the gap from Learn to Play to drop-ins. Expect high-rep feeding and plenty of point play. Good place for Learn to Play players to go to next.

3.0 DRILLS/HOLY DRILLS

Emphasis: Repetition & Games | Rating: 3.0 & up

Designed for players 3.0 and up. Expect high-rep feeding and nonstop doubles situational point play. Hit tons of balls in this fast-paced 90-minute session.

ADVANCED 3.5+ DRILLS

Emphasis: Repetition & Games | Rating: 3.5 & up

Fast-paced drills with focused feeding and advanced doubles point play. High energy, high reps, and game-like situations throughout. Must have a 3.5 or higher rating to participate.
