Great Lakes Loons Pennant Race 5K Run, 5K Walk, 1 Mile Run and the Loons Double Play (1M & 5K Run Combo)
Get Looney! Join us for a summer night at the ballpark with an entire night of racing, baseball and entertainment! All participants will receive a lawn ticket for that night’s game!
BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR - the Loons Double-Play! Run your fastest 1 Mile and make your way back to the start for the 5K Run. Double-Play participants will receive a DP designated T-shirt; awards for the top male and female fastest 1 Mile times will be given and you will be eligible for 5K Run Overall/Masters and Age Group awards.
*Loons Pennant Race is part of the Midland Triple 5K Challenge (T5K). Register for the T5K (all 3 races with one click, activity #40802) and secure your extra swag!
We run Rain or Shine! Packet Pick-Up Friday, August 25 outside Dow Diamond from 3:30-5:20PM. NEW REGISTRATION closes at 5PM SHARP!
Start Times*: 1 Mile 5:15PM / 5K Run 5:35PM MALE WAVE / 5K RUN 5:40 FEMALE WAVE / 5K Walk 5:45PM (*race times subject to change slightly prior to race eve - confirmations of races starts will be in pre-race email)

Awards to top 3 male & female overall & masters finishers in 5K Run
Awards to top 3 male & female overall finishers in 5K Walk
Awards for top male and female in the Loons Double-Play (fastest 1 Mile time) - DB participants are also eligible for 5K Run awards
Awards to top finisher in each division 5K Run (M/F): 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
Award to top 3 boy & girl overall finishers in 1 Mile Run
Awards to top boy & girl finisher in each division 1 Mile Run: 6 & under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14

PARKING
Free on-street parking around the Dow Diamond neighborhood. $5 Parking Pass – you can come and go as needed. Stop for packet pick up early and come on back to park.
