The Fluid Sanctuary – Surrender to the Water (first session)
Held in the pool. Experience calming weightlessness as you practice aqua tai chi, yoga, sound baths, and other water-based exercises for wellness and relaxation.
The Grounding Path – Return to Earth (second session)
Held in the studio. Root your energy and let go of stress with gentle yoga, meditation, deep breathing and more.
