This year we conducted our first Employee Opinion Survey for the GMCC organization. We asked our employees to give us the real story on their satisfaction level in being a GMCC staff member, and the answers we got were fantastic to hear!

- 97% of our staff say that they are proud to work for GMCC
- Half our staff say they are VERY satisfied with their employment, and another 32% are satisfied
- 90% of staff believe their immediate supervisor provides a positive role model
- 86% of staff know our mission and what GMCC means to the community
