Kevin Heye is executive director of the Midland Community Center and Midland Curling Club, operating units of Greater Midland Community Centers, Inc. He has served in this capacity since August 2007.

He began his career in the non-profit sector as a volunteer at his local YMCA. He worked his way up through the YMCA system, eventually becoming director of programs and membership for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Prior to his employment with the Midland Community Center, Kevin was the interim director at the New City YMCA in Chicago.

In addition to his 10+ professional years at the YMCA, Kevin has been active in local civic organizations including Lions, Rotary, and Kiwanis. Since moving to Midland, he has become a member of the Midland Morning Rotary and the mi-Vibe group.

Kevin has a degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University with an emphasis in Human Resources. He and his wife, Jeanenne, have three children: Gloria, Andrew, and Jacob.
